I bought this rug in July for my daughter’s it’s now December and my daughter got sick and threw up all over the rug! I thought it would be a goner! I tried scrubbing it, and quickly realized there was too much ick and the only way to try and keep the rug was if I could wash it. I said a prayer, folded it in half long way to be where the fuzzy part was on the outside, and carefully put it in my washer with some detergent and color safe bleach. I put it on deep fill, and deep clean and figured oh well it wasn’t too expensive so what have I too lose. To my surprise it held up just fine. I then tossed it in the dryer on delicate and crossed my fingers. When it was done I took it out and it looked like new! We love this rug! It’s so soft and cute! It had a weird she’ll when we first got it that went away fast, and now that it’s washed the smell is somewhat back, but I expect it to go away again just like when we first got it. This is definitely a great deal! I will be looking to see if there are any others I like for elsewhere in the house.

Yes, you read that correctly I bought this for camping. It was the perfect addition to insulate the tent and to make it feel a little more cozy. It’s been holding up incredibly well for an activity that is notorious for its level of dirt. I like how I was able to clean this in the washer and not have to worry about it getting destroyed. It does come with a smell when you first open it. It took me about three days of letting it air out and two washes to get the smell out. For its purpose I think it’s worth the effort and money.

I love that the rug is big, soft, nice looking and affordable, but not sure if all of that is enough to compensate for the AWFUL SMELL. It’s giving my family and I a headache. Hopefully the smell will dissipate.

This was vacuum sealed to save space when delivering. As a result, it does have some creases. I’m not concerned about these creases; I think the rug will lay flatter with time. There is an odor, but I don’t find it intolerable. I believe the smell will eventually lessen, now that the rug is out of the sealed package.The rug is next to my bed; I now have something soft to step on when getting up or going to sleep. I’m hoping it won’t shed too much and will hold up to many washings. I believe it’s thin enough to put into my washer and dryer; we’ll see. I may use it when exercising as well.Overall, I like the rug. It’s a good value for the money.
