This vacuum works awesome! I have a shark steam mop so I figured I’d try one of their vacuums too and I’m very impressed! It cleans so well for a cordless vacuum. I love the little headlights on the front. They help me see cat litter that I often miss with other vacuums I’ve had before. The suction is incredible and will pick up things like a whole piece of cat food even! The bin holds a lot before needing to be emptied which is really nice. We live in an apartment of about 900 sq ft. I can vacuum the whole thing before it dies which I could not do before with any other cordless vacuum we’ve had. The battery is super easy to disconnect and charge which I like so the whole vacuum doesn’t have to be at the outlet. The downsides are the vacuum does have some weight to it compared to other cordless vacuums. But I’ve gotten used to it now and I don’t really even notice anymore. The biggest thing I don’t like is how loud it is. It louder than a standard vacuum but louder than I expected. Again, I’m used to it now. Those are not selling points for me so I would still highly recommend this vacuum! Please note though, I bought a refurbished vacuum by mistake! I knew that price was crazy good for a reason lol. I was really worried once I realized it was refurbished. Had I paid closer attention to that I likely wouldn’t have bought it. That being said though, I am so glad I did! They really did an amazing job cleaning it up and making it as close to new as possible. In fact you wouldn’t notice it was refurbished if you didn’t see a few minor scratches here or there. It works like new! But it is still important to read all the details and know what you’re buying so make sure to check for that before adding to cart. And fair to mention this was easily noted in green lettering that it’s refurbished right before hitting add to cart. That’s what I get for Amazon shopping half asleep though! Haha. So it’s not like Amazon tried to hide or anything is my point. Again I would highly recommend this vacuum if you need to spot clean or even just a whole home that’s smaller in size!

We’ve had ours for about a month now, and have been really impressed with it. It arrived looking brand new despite being “refurbished”, and works great. It works a LOT better than the older Jashen cordless it replaced, and picks up a lot more dirt and pet hair. Battery life is very good, it’s very convenient to use, and the dusting accessories actually do a great job at dusting! It excels on hardwood floors and low carpeting, we hardly use our corded upright any more! And it’s a lot lighter and quieter than the upright.

It’s easy to use, lightweight, and performs well. Only wish the rotating head didn’t sound so loud. To me it sounds more abrasive than normal vacuum. Sounds fine on carpet and without the rotary head attachment.

I purchased a “refurbished” but like new vacuum, when I got it, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was truly “like new”, it didn’t appear to have ever been used, it was repackaged, if it HAD been used then it was only once or twice and it had been cleaned up very well. Now to the vac and my reason to buy this one. I have 2 white dogs, one large and one small, they both shed like crazy, I also live on a mountain side in the high desert of far west Texas (yes, Texas has mountains), so between the dogs and the dust/sand/dirt from outside that constantly migrates into the house, I really need to vacuum every day.I have some hard floors and some rugs. This vacuum handles all the surfaces quite nicely. I don’t have to change any settings; it seems to adapt to whatever I’m vacuuming. The vac itself holds a lot of dirt and hair. Often, when I’m vacuuming, I think that it isn’t doing much, then I look in the dust cup, and it’s full. Since it has the setting where it only works as hard as it needs to, it can seem like it’s not working very hard, then it will kick into high when it detects more debris. The battery, it doesn’t last very long, I have noticed that unless you buy a very expensive (think: Dyson!) vacuum, about 40-50 minutes is the max time you’ll get. I don’t have a very large area to vacuum, so I’ll hit both areas on the variable setting, and then I might go back over it on high until the battery is dead. I can always get everything vacuumed before I lose power. This wouldn’t be good for a large home if you were using this as your main vac, but for quick touch-ups or if you have a small space like I do, then it’s perfect.I also live 100% off grid (solar with batteries / smallish system), so I don’t want to use a corded vacuum because they tend to pull a lot of juice from my system, and if another large load comes on while I’m vacuuming, it’s likely to turn everything off. Having a battery-powered (cordless) vacuum is great for me; it doesn’t overload my system when I’m charging the battery for the vacuum. It’s a win-win!The power. There are a few power settings, it defaults to a setting called “Clean Sense”, what that means is it runs on the least amount of power for what it detects, so it starts out on low, then if you run across some dirt, it detects it and ramps up the power for a few seconds. That is what I use most of the time. There is a low/eco setting, that will give you the best battery range, but you are going to be using the vac for more time, so that one I really don’t use. I get the most use out of the clean sense setting. I will typically vacuum all the areas I need to cover, then I might go back on high power on the rugs just to get everything I possibly can, I’ll do that until it runs out of power.Emptying the cup is easy, there are 2 filters together that need to be tapped clean about once a week, I washed the filters and the dirt cup the other day, I waited for everything to fully dry before reassembling it for use. There are 2 different “buttons” that pertain to the dirt cup, one drops the bottom and all the dirt falls out, the other is for removing the dirt cup altogether. I am honestly slightly terrified that I may accidentally hit the wrong button when I’m trying to remove the cup and spill dirt all over my floor. I think I’m going to mark them more clearly so I don’t make that mistake.Bottom line, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another one as long as I can buy a refurbished one, the price is definitely right, I feel like I got a steal of a deal, an expensive vac at a major bargain.

I got the refurbished version but the vacuum looks brand new. It does a fantastic job. Easy to use, lightweight, gets the job done. Best vacuum I’ve ever had!

I ordered this after having to replace a different cordless vacuum, because the roller would no longer work due to pet hair caught in the roller mechanism. This vacuum has exceeded my expectations. It picks up the pet hair with none building up on the roller, in addition to increasing the vacuum speed/suction as it detects dirtier areas of the floor. The battery will power it for about 1200-2000 s.f. depending on how much cleaning it has to do. The only downside that I find is the dirt compartment is small, requiring frequent emptying (we do have 2 dogs and 3 cats, so plenty of pet hair).

Works great….no instructions were in the box. I realized this was a refurbished vacuum but it had so many scratches on the whole vacuum especially on the roller cover. The battery is supposed to last 40 minutes, I’m lucky to get 25 mins. Next time I buy new.

Such a steal and works great on our lament flooring for pet hair. Only complaint is battery doesn’t feel like it lasts quite the 40 minutes, still worth it though for the price and efficiency while running. Is a little noisy. Doesn’t clogg, comes with great baseboard and dusting attachments and love the cordless battery option. No cord, yay!

In the last 10 years I’ve have 3 other cordless vacs. A Dyson, a Eureka, an Inse, and now this one. This one is my favorite and was the cheapest. With the money I saved, I bought a 3 year extended warranty and bought an extra battery from Shark, and it’s still the cheapest cordless vac I’ve bpught. The suction is really great and I vac on the IQ setting and it performs better than any other cordless I’ve owned.People complain about the battery life of this vac, but a cordless vac doesn’t replace a corded vac. It’s for convenient in-between vacuuming. THAT being said, my inse came with an extra battery and it was a game changer, so it was a no brainer to get an extra battery for this one too. Being able to switch between batteries will not only double the time you can vacuum, but extend the life of both batteries, as lithium ion batteries wear out over time being charged over and over.At this price, with an extended warranty and an extra battery, I paid 220 for a really good quality cordless vac so it’s a win for me!

This is our second cordless vacuum. We have owned a Tineco A10 for around 3 yrs…should have replaced at 2. We let the Tineco get so bad honestly that anything would have seemed amazing, but I am truly very satisfied with this Shark. My least favorite thing about it (compared to our Tineco) is that it does not have good side suction. The Tineco was really good at that, but overall this Shark is better. The front suction/battery/dust filter/under furniture feature/etc has been amazing. I can do my whole 1400 sf house on one charge with power to spare! As I purchased the Amazon warehouse version, I did buy the warranty, so will have to update on longevity, but so far, for around 3 months I have loved this vacuum as well as the price!
