Easy to build, seems sturdy enough, I wouldn’t have people jump on them or anything.. they look great too!One chair arrived with a cracked back rest, I contacted Serwall and they replaced it immediately.If there are any problems the product support is fantastic!

For the price you can’t beat this chair. We bought them to surround our fire pit and enjoy lake views. they are comfortable and the seating area is wide and can accommodate most body types comfortably. The wide arm rest are useful for those who like to relax, read or dine. Very sturdy and easy to clean. The folding makes them compact so in the winter they can be stored in the shed without taking too much space. The assembly was easy taking maybe 15 minutes per chair.

Very sturdy and comfortable chairs. Nothing flimsy here. They do take a bit to put together, but not terrible, and the instructions are clear. Some things I learned:1. It goes a lot faster with 2 people. Not impossible alone, though.2. Ditch the silly little wrench in the package and use a ratchet wrench. It’ll go 200x faster and you’ll save yourself a lot of cussing.3. A ratchet screwdriver helps, too. If nothing else, you will need a slightly sturdier one than provided to get the screws in all the way without struggle.Overall, quite happy with our purchase.

Update:Updating review. The seller was very responsive to my issue and communicated with me immediately to resolve. They sent two new parts ( to replace the broken bits) along with instructions on not over tightening the screw. Will change out the pieces and hope that solves the issue. Other chairs are working as designed.Would have rated a 5, however instructions are lacking in detail such as not over tightening, would recommend that they send more robust instructions**********************************We purchased 4 of these chairs for a cabin rental.It took awhile to put the first chair together as a result of some confusion on one part of the directions. Once we figured it out, and used the tools recommended by others, the rest of the assembly went pretty quick.The problem is when trying to close one of the chairs, to store for the winter, 2 pieces broke, on the same chair, at the same point. The chair is now unusable as the structure cannot be trusted. To dissaemble the chair and return it is problematic as we no longer have the box, chair is super awkward and big and to find a box to fit will be challenging. We also have no Amazon pick up center in the northwoods and we had to leave to go home.We no longer trust closing the other 3 chairs, afraid they too will break. The ability to close them was a key part of our decision to purchase them as storage space is challenging.While the chairs are beautiful, we no longer trust the quality and question whether they will support our guests. Super disappointing

These are Great chairs – I purchased 2 and would buy more.Pro – Sturdy. Comfy. looks good and well made. Added bonus is the oversized arms (for cup/glass) and width.Cons – Set aside an hour + to assemble. Will fade if in the sunI got some chair cover to protect the color from sun fade cause they are that good – i want them to last!I also bought the matching side table from Serwall (amazon) to sit between the 2 chairs.

We love these chairs! We own 6 of these now. They are very sturdy, heavy, which is great in our area because we get some pretty good wind sometimes. They don’t fade in the sun ( we have 4 in Nevada) And most importantly, they are very comfortable. The pricing is great if you have ever looked into these kind of chairs as well. Now my husband is pretty handy so putting them together takes a bit but nothing complicated.

This chair is made in China and is not the size of a traditional ADK chair. As a result my head is not supported and I am only 5’10. My wife at 4’10 feels these chairs fit her well. Attempted to return and purchase a higher backrest but Amazon required me to pay for shipping back. Not worth it! I will no longer buy heavier items from Amazon. I will go to my local big box stores as they would accept the return.Product review:It seems durable and you feel supported in the chair. It went together well. The composite is softer than a composite deck but maybe some would like the softer feel. I personally feel that this is not as durable as a 25 year composite deck board. I will buy better quality in the future and pay more for it happily.

I ordered four of these chairs. In two separate chairs, at least one plank had been overtightened and cracked the plank all the way through. At present these cracks may not cause an issue but they likely will in the future. As you can see in the picture, these cracks occurred before packaging, so I would have hope QA would have caught it. I decided to keep the chairs because they are difficult, if not impossible to repackage.

We had been looking at poly resin patio furniture for a while, and when we can across these, it seemed to be too good to be true.I love the bright green with these orange cushions I found at Aldi :)Delivery was fast and assembly took about 10 min per chair with two of us. One chair had a cracked piece that the manufacturer replaced & sent out and was received in about 2 weeks.They were very responsive, but the replacement part was clearly coming from some distance.Since they have a lifetime warranty I am 100% satisfied and will use this company again when looking for similar outdoor furniture.We have not had any need to fold them up, and probably won’t unless a hurricane is coming!These are solid, and heavy and can stay in place even on very stormy, windy days on the Gulf Coast.Five stars!
