I got this for my gradkids’ princess tent. i wasn’t expecting much and it’s really impressed me. It fits the tent perfectly. It has non slip, a cushiony slight padding, and the fur texture is gentle and soft. I like “visiting” them in their tent now and running my fingers through the “fur”. The grandkids just love lounging on it. Also they spilled some ice cream on it, and I easily put it in the wash, dryer, and popped it back in and it went through that and came out just like new! I’m always afraid a wash will ruin items like this but it is just the same. we’ve had it for about seven months now and it’s great so I thought I’d share this. We had the tent for two years before I added the rug and I love the tent so much more with the rug! And the girls spend more time in it now.

The packaging was rather deceiving because it was vacuum packaged, but after opening it up and letting it “rest”, there’s no wrinkling and it’s quite fluffy. It is super soft. Almost slippery soft, so I wouldn’t arrange it in a high traffic location in my home, but it’s perfect for my girls to sit and play on in their little play room. My eldest loves to lay on it and read her books. We love the dusty pink color!Clean and care is pretty straightforward. I shake it to remove dust and such. I’ve already used a diaper wipe to wipe off a spot of chocolate and it came out pretty easily. I’m not sure how washing it will go, but it’s advertised that it can be machine washed in cold water and then hung to dry.

I bought the rug in white and folded it in half to use up against the wall with a pile of pillows as a kind of reading nook, I love the way that my little corner came out. I will say, that while this rug looks thick its much more fluff than substance. Folded over in half, its perfect. It wouldnt be very plush without being folded. I haven’t washed it yet at all, so I don’t know how it holds up. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
