I was a little nervous ordering this set given the price for how many pieces were included but the reviews all were awesome so I went ahead and ordered. We’ve had the set for about a month now and it was super easy to assemble (as long as you have your own rachet for the allen key and bolts! doing it with a standard allen key/wrench might have made me quit) and is super sturdy! I definitely recommend.

Very hard to put together because pieces were bent. Had to use clamps to draw parts together in order to screw them.Once together, the items were very nice and looked good.

I truly appreciate this set! With a friend’s help, assembling the numerous pieces was manageable. While it involves many steps and patience, once you master the first piece, subsequent assembly becomes easier. The finished set offers multiple configuration options and is both sturdy and versatile without feeling flimsy. It was worth the time and effort as the final result is fantastic. I couldn’t have chosen a better style!

Great patio set for the value. I was happy that the fire pit was included in the set. We were looking for a rectangular fire pit due to the layout of our patio and it fits nicely. I had one complaint with them sending the wrong size bottom cushion for one of my chairs. I reached out to the seller but they were out of stock with the one that I needed. I continued to follow up and they eventually sent me the replacement when it became available. Thank you for the great customer service!

The patio funiture arrived in a few large boxes that were heavy to move for one person. Started putting it together. The tools that came with the furniture are not adequate enough to build the furniture. Your gonna need a socket and rachet plus a drill with a tip the size of the Allen rench. Also and extra helper is good! Some on the holes in the chairs didn’t line up so needed some muscle to line them up and screw in. The small tags with the name of the furniture were attached upside down. (Pic above). The cushions were not very thick. On the sofa the center person can feel the support bar on the bottom part of the sofa. Not very comfortable. The furniture is nice but not worth the price I paid!

Looks cool with the covered backyard. All chairs are steady but honestly hard/time consuming to assemble. It took good five hours for me to install. So if you are looking for something ready made this is not the product but once its assemble its awesome.

I received the delivery one day ahead of schedule which was great! It definitely takes two people to assemble the furniture. I have two issues with the quality and missing piece. The screws on the side of the three seater couch protrude out a little much. I am missing one piece to the ottoman which the manufacturer has not replaced or given me a refund for. They offered to provide me with two ottomans but that would require me to pay an additional $80. I refuse. I just want one piece that was missing which I already paid for with my initial purchase. I’m not really satisfied with the customer service. I probably wouldn’t purchase with them again.

Ordered this for our newly enlarged deck. Once we assembled the first chair the rest was much easier. Wish it swiveled but knew it didn’t when we ordered. Saved a few hundred dollars on Amazon Prime days so that was great. Great value for the price

We like the product. However, there were some assembly issues. First, not all the holes line up for the bolts. When you put two pieces together that require 4 bolts, insert the bolts on the leg last.Don’t use the allen wrench they provide. Run, don’t walk, to Harbor Freight and buy a torx screwdriver. Better yet, take a bolt with you to make sure you get the right size for the head. You may never use this driver again so get a cheap one.Use gloves. The wicker hurts.Lastly, listening to some Jimmy Webb music helped keep the frustration levels down.Have fun!
