I love this sofa! For the price I paid ($279) it’s a great value and amazing quality. It took less than 10 minutes to put together, the cushions are firm but soft and the fabric is beautiful. Fits wonderfully in my apartment and pairs well with my mid century modern look. I’m 5’4 and can comfortably lay down on it and its perfect for a guest bed. Would recommend and would buy again!

I was looking for a small sofa bed, or futon for my new apartmentI bought a cheap one but it was awful, seating are is small, the back are also small and don’t stay in placeThen I had this one on my list for weeks, until finally I got it, in the peach color as it had a discounted priceIt’s beautiful and well made. Very comfortable and easy to put it togetherThe only shortcomings I see for now – I received it today – are the legs and the bracketsAll legs are made of hard plastic imitating wood. I wish they were metalAlso, the two middle legs are the ones with brackets to keep both halves together. It’s a bad idea to use plastic for thatAt least the middle legs should be metal or have a metal bracket insertAny vertical move of the sofa halves will put all stress on those plastic brackets and they are not rigid enoughThe legs could be made of a harder, better and reinforced plasticMy solution for now was to use the metal brackets intended for the arms as elements to keep the halves togetherThe metal brackets luckily have the exact same measurements as of the middle legs brackets, so I use them together, under each middle leg, I screwed the metal brackets in a sandwich fashionTo be honest, I don’t know why the arms have brackets, as the idea to easy remove the arms is one of the things that made me buy this unitThe sofa became way more stableAs final thought, if this unit was a single pice, it would be a perfect small sofa bedPlus, metal legs!

If this couch were more expensive, I’d give it a 1 star but the price really is cheap. The couch is easy to assemble and the sleeper mechanism works well and is also simple to work with.If you like firm couches, you may like this. But even so, I’m not sure as it’s firm but simultaneously feels hollow?Also, each side of the couch has a pretty high BP and can be odd to sleep on but I think a mattress topper should fix is pretty well.Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap, aesthetic sleeper sofa and don’t mind sacrificing on comfort, you’d like this.

The futon looks nothing like the photo on the Amazon site. The futon sits very low and the top/backing of the futon is low as well. They should have advertise the futon couch is for a child! The measurements are inaccurate! The seat to floor height is a full six inches short! The couch is for a child’s bedroom not for a 5’9 tall adult. I’ve been trying to get a full refund, but the third party supplier refuse to give a full refund.Now, they said if I keep the futon couch, they will give me a 40% refund to which I agreed, and still haven’t received my 40% refund.The futon comes in two oversize large boxes. I don’t have a truck to return the product. Also, the return mailing label that was provide. I would have to return to the boxes to Canada! Are you kidding me! Canada. I’m not paying out of country charges on two large box and boxes are very heavy. I’ve been a prime member for years. I have spent thousands of dollars on Amazon. I will be cancelling my membership.

I was hesitant to buy a futon from amazon to be frank. Seems like the quality of items keeps going down hill. I was rather surprised by the comfort and how amazing it looks in person! It is on the more expensive side for amazon futons and the longevity is a concern but overall I am loving it so far.

Very pretty couch. Not particularly comfy. Buy this as a couch that you’re not planning to curl up on. It’s not uncomfortable but it’s definitely not cozy.But for my studio, it’s the right size and it looks great.Also it’s a small but functional bed for guests. HOWEVER, it is again not comfortable to sleep on due to the pillow shapes (and the pillows are not soft), so if you’re going to use it as a bed often, you need a mattress topper over it.The company’s customer service was really good and responsive when I initially bought the couch in a different color that didn’t look good in person (the green), so I recommend buying from them.

Hi all, I’ll get straight to it. I understand some reviews talking about how it’s kind of uncomfortable but I would say that is up for interpretation. It’s not very noticeably soft but it is it’s still very comfy at least for me. It’s more of the softer firm side.Just had my first night sleeping on it and I just have a comforter blanket under me and I had some great sleep. I will be sleeping on this for a while while I move and I think it will be doable for sure. It’s definitely more on the firm side but I don’t think it’s a problem for the price, set up, look, feel, and what it is capable of doing (3 set reclining).It seems very sturdiness and set up was VERY easy, like 30-40 mins with 2 people, not heavy. I left the armrests unscrewed from the couch so that I can slide them on and off when I like.For size reference I am 5’8 (68in) and I can perfectly stretch out on it since it is around 69in in length. I’d say it’s definitely a Twin XL size too (my twin XL comforter set fits well with very little gapping. It’s also kinda low to the ground for my height but it’s realistic for a sofa bed so my expectations are at an understandable point.I did research for weeks comparing the look, price, and reviews for over 20 sofa beds here on Amazon and this was the winner for me and I am happy with my purchase. This was one of the only beds from the group that had a smooth surface (instead of the puffy pillow-like surface) and I think that really matters as you can feel every indent in one of those other types (atleast from what reviews say).Also DO NOT get the $299 deal if you see it cuz the shipping is like $49 and that’s basically $20 more than if you got it for the original price with the free shipping (about $360 vs $381). I got it at the original price with free shipping and it came in 2 days after my order date! Super fast!!Overall, I give:8/10 for comfort (more firm but still soft)9/10 for length (fits 5’8 perfectly)9/10 for sturdiness (seems durable but will update if something breaks)7/10 for height (understandably low)10/10 for width (VERY WIDE as a bed, room to sprawl. A true full XL size.)10/10 for features (detachable arms, 3 type reclining, smooth surface)10/10 for price (competitive pricing, 2 day shipping, not cheap looking)*BONUS!: the couch has pockets under it thAt held the armrests. The 3 point reclining still works as intended. This could also be from the cushion wearing down over time after sleeping on it so long. It is a 4/10 on the uncomfortable scale. I plan to buy a mattress pad to elevate the comfort over all and stand by this purchase 👍🏾

Overall this couch is fine. Putting the couch was fairly easy (I did come across a couple issues, but I figured it out). It’s not the most comfortable couch, but it isn’t terrible. I wish the back cushion was a bit taller because it cuts off at an awkward length and you can’t rest your head.
