I owned a lovesac that I purchased from Costco and I wanted so badly to love it. In the end though it stained too easily, the covers were terrible to put on and take off, and it was way too heavy to ever even think about moving it around. $6000 spent on a couch that was built well, but I did not feel like I could simply change it around whenever I wanted too, couldn’t clean it like I wanted too and I was honestly frustrated with the product for the price. So I returned it and decided to look elsewhere. I came across this couch and took the leap of faith and purchased it. Buying furniture online is never something that I have been comfortable doing because it’s such a pain to return if it’s not as described but I had high hopes. While waiting for it to get here I prepared myself mentally in case it wasn’t great quality. Going from something as sturdy as a lovesac to a couch the quarter of the price made me think I was going to have a rude awakening when it got here. However. I received it all in one day so that was so nice! My 10 year old and I had it put together in maybe an hour and I was pretty blown away with how nice it is. The seats are not as deep as my lovesac and are much firmer but I honestly prefer that. Within a week my son ended up with a stomach flu and I easily converted this couch into a queen sized bed so I could comfortably stay in the living room with him over night. It was so quick, so easy, and does not feel super cheap. The storage is wonderful. If I had gotten one storage ottoman with my old couch I would have spent a couple hundred for that. So as crazy as it may sound I would choose this couch over my $6000 couch any day. It’s nice, it’s comfortable, and I appreciate the fact that I can buy more pieces if we want or need to. I did contact the seller about more back cushions and it looks like they are back ordered or unavailable until April. I can wait. I’m very happy with my purchase and if your on the fence jump off it because it is worth it.**update** August 21, 2023We still love this couch! We have purchased the back pillow that was back ordered originally and also a couple more arms. It’s been configured many different ways and we’re still coming up with different ideas all the time. We may actually purchase a couple more seats to expand it eventually. Seriously cannot recommend it enough. for those that are saying their backs don’t line up remember that they are on two hinges essentially adjust them one at a time as you go and they will match up perfectly. Also remember the arms go on the side they don’t curve around the back.

This couch set is literally amazing! I was honestly scared when buying but we were in desperate need and the price and design sold us. The seats are firm, not too firm but not soft, yet very comfortable. I love the storage space!! It’s VERY well made. Perfect for our apartment. I love how we can literally put together however we want. We’ve had this for about a month so far. We haven’t slept on it yet, but our toddler has so it must but comfy enough for her lol. It’s definitely comfy to lounge on. Overall very happy with our purchase. Wonderful design, excellent quality, worth every penny. And the seller is very responsive. We were missing a box which was actually FedEx fault, not the sellers but they were quick to respond and fix the problem. I highly recommend!

While the product description advises you need 2 people to assemble, I was able to do it alone in a little over 2 hours and I’m nearly 65! The boxes come with extra parts which is nice but I now have 7 screwdrivers if anyone wants to make me an offer LOL! The cushions are quite comfortable and, while some have commented that the backs are too low my wife and I don’t see any issues. The storage in each section is adequate for games, blankets and/or other small items. Color is lovely and while our two feline children have managed to pull some threads, I used a sweater shaver to trim them with no problem. All in all, a great purchase!! Only issue was with FedEx delivery. All their messages state someone must be home to receive the boxes but we were not aware of the delivery until we got a text saying it was delivered! Checked our security cameras and driver had just piled the boxes in front of our garage. Not very good service for relatively expensive items. Seller graciously refunded $80 (plus tax) for this which surprised me given it wasn’t their fault.

I’ve always been a skeptic when it comes to big purchases online. The thought of having to return such a large order if you don’t like the product really prevents from making these decisions but for once I actually pushed the button and I could not have been anymore happy with this buy! I love easy it is to assemble! You can do it all with one person but have a second hand really cuts down on time! The packaging it neat and they provide plenty of parts just incase something goes wrong in the future! After reading the reviews and seeing what else one thought, I can personally say, this is affordable quality. It’s easy to rearrange the structure. The couch is on the extra firm side but I like that personally. You can easily break in the cushions over time. OVERALL 10/10 product in my eyes!

We have a bonus room that was designed with an odd door frame and narrow stairs leading up. Only choice was modular furniture. I picked the teal blue on a whim – hopeful I don’t regret that color down the line. Seems ok, curious how it would feel to sleep on it. Easy to build, happy with the look.It is a tad like small,like the seats are not deep.But I honestly like it for our space to be more small, than oversized.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this couch. It was simple to build as I’ve built it by myself. The instructions were very simple to follow and it even came with extra tools. It is very comfortable, I fell asleep on it after I built it non-intentially. I woke up and realized I had been sleep for hours. My space is smaller and it fits perfectly. I am very satisfied. I also want to say that the customer service/seller was beyond amazing. I had an issue because I entered the wrong Apt number for delivery and they connected with FedEx and solved my issue immediately. They also continued to write me until my couch was delivered. They care about their customers! I’m very satisfied and if I could give over 5 stars I would.

When the couch arrived, I was surprised to see 9 boxes on my front porch. I thought that it was a sectional, but actually it’s a lovesac. Basically it’s 8 ottomans connected to one another. At first I was disappointed and kind of regretted my impulse buy.But I will say I grew to like it over time.The negatives are the firmness. If you’re looking for a plush, comfy couch to sink into and easily fall asleep on, then I would not suggest this one.The positives, eventually I started to like it. The more you sit down on it, the more comfortable it will get. You got to wear it out in a sense. You can also easily fit 3 adults on it comfortably spread out (laying down) or 6-7 people sitting. The color is also great and each ottoman lifts up for extra storage. The material is very soft. I’m sure if you have pets, they’ll be all over it like mine.
