The fan is made of quality materials and I’m impressed with the overall construction. It doesn’t feel like a cheap fan, but it also isn’t fancy, as there are multiple plastic pieces. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the pieces are clearly labeled. It can be easily installed by one competent person. Since I am replacing multiple fans in the house, I’ve had a chance to install multiple brands with different options.The blades are plastic, so it will work in outdoor areas without humidity causing them to excessively warp. I do like how they form a circle around the fan motor and light fixture when installed. It is described as a 52” fan, but like toilet paper, it’s often difficult to reach the same conclusion as the manufacturer. The blades are wider than most, so the wind output is strong directly beneath it.There were no surprises with my wiring, so it was a simple color match up. The provided wire nuts worked well. One of the 4-inch screws broke when installing the bracket to my ceiling, so I had to use one I already had. I couldn’t reuse my old ceiling bracket because the cover on the new fan twists and locks in place on the bracket. This cover is also plastic.I was originally concerned about the method used to secure the fan blades to the motor. Rather than using traditional screws, there are latches that must be pulled open so the blade can be inserted into the bracket. The tool is provided, but it takes a little effort to pull the latch open. Still, completely doable. Everything clicks in place, and a single twist screw secures the blade to the fan. They won’t come flying off like I originally thought.The LED light connects using the pre-wired plugs, so no extra wiring in this step. Just plug the ends into the matching holes on the fan. They pretty much easily click into place, so if it gets too difficult you might be connecting them backwards. One of the most difficult parts was twisting the LED light into place. It is by no means hard, but I noticed it was more difficult than many other steps.Light dispersion isn’t as good as some old school fans that have multiple bulbs that point in 45 degree angles around the fixture. This one directs light more toward the ground, but not up the walls and ceiling, so there are some dark spots in the room that were not present with the old fan. There are multiple temperature options, as well as a brightness button on the remote, but it can’t get the same light dispersion in the 12×14’ room. The RGB has 7 colors, but can only illuminate one color at a time. Still, the main light and RGB can be on at the same time. The color provides a nice ambiance, but isn’t bright enough to fill a room with color.The remote is like an old school iPod. It’s comfortable and can be mounted on the wall using the provided 2-sided tape and bracket. A clear tab must be pulled away from the battery before it will operate. I think my battery is almost dead because it takes a tap on the palm to get it to work. The speed options provide variable wind options. Number 6 is fast and sounds like a helicopter, but it keeps everyone in the room cool.The DC motor is very quiet. The only way I know it’s on is because the air is moving. This model does not have a separate RF box to wire up for the remote. It is built into the unit already. This is very convenient.Overall, it’s a powerful fan with a few limitations. The quality, easy assembly and quick install makes up for its shortcomings. The cost to value is about accurate from $179-199.

This fan came nicely packaged and everything was well protected. The hardware were individually packaged and labelled. Even the manual and inserts were printed on good quality paper with proper english and no typos. Small details that indicated a good quality product. Assembly and install was also a breeze. Unlike other fans in the market, this one has the control/receiver module built into the fan. I did not have to worry about an external module that needs to be tucked into the bracket. I simply mounted the bracket, and connected three wires. The design of the fan blades installation was also easy. Its a push in style with a lock and then uses one thumb screw to secure it. no tools needed. The parts and build quality is excellent. The remote is nice and slim and easy to use. Operating the fan with the remote is easy, and i like that the RGB can be controlled with the remote. The use of the App enables additional nice features, like adjustments to the RGB lighting, and connecting it with Google or Alexa. Otherwise, it can properly operate with just the remote. The smart feature is a nice added feture. I can now ask google to turn on my fan.After testing and installing other ceiling fans, this one is my favorite in the house. Even though it is one of the most expensive fans i have acquired, i feel that this one is unique to the brand and not a re-branded product like others random brands available in amazon. Overall, i find that it offers a good value and great quality.

This is a 52-inch ceiling fan made of quality materials. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the various pieces are clearly labeled. The fan can be installed by one person who knows how to install a ceiling fan with a light attached. The blades of the fan are plastic, so it can be used outdoors without having to worry about the humidity causing the blades to warp. The blades are wider than most fan blades and so they have a good solid wind output directly beneath them.The fan blades don’t use the traditional screws to attach the blades fan base, rather there are latches that must be pulled open so the blade can be inserted into the bracket. A tool is provided to aid with this effort, but it does require a little extra effort to pull the latch open. Everything clicks in place, and a single twist screw firmly secures the blade to the fan. The LED light connects using the existing pre-wired plug, so was an easy step to complete. Just plug the ends into the matching holes on the fan, click them into place, be sure to not get the plugs backwards. The light dispersion isn’t the greatest, it pretty much is direct down towards the floor, not along your walls or ceiling. There are multiple temperature options, as well as a brightness button on the remote. The light has 7 colors but you the light will only illuminate one color at a time. The remote lets you set the fan to 6 varying speeds to cool the room. This is a good quality product, and I can rate it a solid 5-stars.

This is a beautiful fan. It’s a replacement for an old style fan. This Dreo Smart Ceiling Fans with Lights has the nice modern look I was looking for our master bedroom. The decent white matched the color of my interior furnishing so well.The fan is well made and does not wobble, it’s quite when turned up to the highest mode. Though we use lower speed most time.It took my husband 40 mins to take off our old fan and install this one. It’s very easy and the instruction was very detailed and YouTube videos helped a lot by the way.It provides two short rods but we have an inclined ceiling, so we ended up using the previous long rod from the old fan.It came with a remote control so you don’t need to spend additional money to get a separate remote smart control unit.The lights are extremely good designed with different color and brightness you can adjust it accordingly.We have been using it for several days, no problem so far. It’s very quiet. Love this product.

This ceiling fan was simple to install and it has a huge impact on the room. The fan is gorgeous, the main light is bright and cycles through different temperatures and intensities of light. The little RGB ring around the light allows you to add a little color and fun. The amount of air this thing could move is impressive. I loved the little wall mounted remote. Honestly this is one of the best ceiling fans I have installed and it makes a real impact in the room.A couple of important notes on the install. This is a WELL designed fan. The fan blades snap into place with a very unique and super secure system. The blades were perfectly balanced out of the box and the fan barely moves even at full speed! A balance kit is included but I would doubt that you would need it the way this goes together. It’s very precise. The other nice thing about this fan is that the ceiling cover is large enough to easily hide your electricals. So many fans require you to trim twist and fight with your electrical connections. This has a large cover that looks good and goes into place with a twist. No need to get on a ladder and fight with set screws close to the ceiling.I should have taken more pictures but it went together so quick and we were too busy enjoying the light show and great air flow.

This was very easy to install and replaced an old, worn-out fan that made far more noise than we realized!I love all of the extra features, including how it works with Alexa. We may be able to get this working with Home Assistant as well.The lights are dimmable, as well as color tunable, with a white led in the center and a RGB ring around the edge. With the lights all the way on, the light is pretty bright, so being able to dim it is very nice. I’m hoping to use Home Assistant with this at some point to use the RGB ring as a notification.
