My wife went to Lowes, Home Depot and Menards. Nothing was quite right. We took a chance and ordered online; we are very happy with the new fan. The assembly instructions were terrible, but we managed.

Almost gave a 3 star but the noisiness went away after a day & it is nearly whisper quiet now – at least so far (not sure why). It is very pretty, blows a lot of air, and am all in all, quite pleased with it, though don’t think it is worth $200- I’d say $150 at the most merely because of the size. It is a very large fan & really cools down the room. Many “crystals” were chipped or broken but they did give enough extras to cover them. EXTREMELY time consuming having to put the teardrops on EACH strand of smaller crystals with the little wire hoops an THEN the same thing attaching each one to the fan. When I say it was a cuss of a project is an understatement! With me & my husband working on it, it took non-stop about 3 hours. IT ALSO DOES NOT HAVE PULL STRINGS- (as it is stating it does). The remote works fine. THERE ARE 2 BULBS (not 3)- surprisingly & nice is that they were included in the box with the fan.

This fan is beautiful! Looks like a 600 dollar fan. All pieces were there, nothing broken or bent. The crystals take some time to assemble and hang, but totally worth it. Totally changed the look of our living room. We love it and how elegant a look it gives to the room!

The fixture itself is very pretty, and the fan works great! But the light output on this is terrible!!! Not even enough light to illuminate a small closet let alone any type of room where you would actually want to put this light.I’ll give it 3 stars for a food effort… but there’s no way this is a 4 or 5 star product as currently designed.

The Fandelier is a Beautiful piece of artwork. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s accent is one to be talked about. It’s a conversation piece. Easy to install.

The description states there are pull chains and a reverse switch. This is FALSE! There are no pull chains nor a reverse switch. This also means that the remote control is critical for all functionality AND has non standard wiring. Most fan RF controls have 2 house wires and 3 fan wires (light, motor, common). This one has 4 fan wires (light, motor L, motor N, reverse). Good luck finding a replacement that works if the controller goes out.The lights that come with it are way too dim. And there are only 2 lights AND not a lot of room. Too us away to find 2 LED bulbs bright enough and small enough.Once you get past the controller and wiring we are pleased with the fan. Looks great. It is very quite and the including balancing kit was easy to use and ended any vibrations the unit had.
