The BISSELL CleanView Compact Turbo Upright Vacuum is an exceptional cleaning tool that exceeds expectations! Its compact design makes it easy to maneuver and store, while the powerful suction ensures it picks up every bit of dirt and debris with ease. The quick-release wand is a standout feature, allowing me to effortlessly switch between vacuuming floors and tackling hard-to-reach areas like upholstery and staircases. The vacuum’s lightweight build doesn’t compromise its performance, and the easy-to-empty dust bin is incredibly convenient. It’s also surprisingly quiet compared to other vacuums I’ve used. This model delivers great performance and value, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient vacuum!

Just needed a small vacuum to clean up a small area. I have a husky that sheds incessantly, so a good vacuum is a must. I have a combination of berber carpet and tile flooring that are constantly covered with husky fur. I have not tried this vacuum on deeper pile carpet.I have a larger Bissell vacuum that works really well, but my kids stole it for their use. I figured I’d try this littler Bissell vacuum for myself. Surprisingly, this vacuum does a wonderful job snatching up the fur right up to the walls. It was well worth the price.Pros:+ Does well, vacuuming up the fur and dirt.+ Reaches into the corners and against the well fairly well+ Very lightweight+ Hand brush attachment works very well+ Long power cordCons:+ A bit loud+ Small dust receptacle (needs to be emptied more frequently)+ Short hose

This vacuum is SMALL, but it works well! I had no idea it was this tiny! It is light, which is a PLUS for me to use. Easy to maneuver and no straining the back or wrists. When taking it out of the box and putting it together NO tools are needed! Awesome! The main reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the hose is a bit weird as far as where it hooks up to the attachments. Takes some getting used to. I have only used it twice so far, but like it very much. I have 3 dogs, so the canister does fill up fast. It is tiny, so needs to be emptied often when vacuuming. Not a big deal because it is easy to empty. The cord is a very nice length, I can do most of my house only plugging it in once. I have a small house. Overall I am happy that I purchased it. If you need a vac that doesn’t take up much space, but works well, this is it! Super compact.

I bought this vacuum to replace an aging Bissell that has served me well for over 5 years. My previous model was very similar to this one but didn’t have the adjustable floor option, which is a really nice addition! For the price, this product has (so far) met or exceeded my expectations. It cleans well and having the option to adjust the high depending on your surface type is a nice quality of life improvement over the older model.I like that you can take the pole out and use it to vacuum hard to reach places – something I didn’t realize the older model did as well! I do wish, however, that the hose was a bit longer. The provided tools should give you ample enough options for every day cleaning – I am not sold on the turbo brush, however, as even with my old model it was more gimmick than useful. The only thing I wish this newer model had is a light, but at this price point I can’t complain. The machine is made fairly well, and if my old machine is anything to go by it should serve me (and you) as well as long as you treat it properly. The only other con I can think of is it’s a bit loud, just like the last one. It would be nice if they could reduce the volume in future iterations because living in a complex I try to be mindful of others.Overall, I would highly recommend this powerful little Bissell, especially given the price tag. Why pay more for the same functionality?

I lost my old full size vacuum in my last move and was worried about buying a compact vacuum, thinking it wasn’t going to work well enough. I have low pile carpet and rugs that haven’t been vacuumed since march (nasty, I know.) I figured for the price it’s worth a shot at seeing if it works well enough. Let me just tell you, 10/10. This vacuum is so light and easy to store in my apartment, was more than easy to put together myself and had more power than you’d expect. It picked up everything from dust and dirt that’s been stomped into my rug from work boots to hair (it even sucked up a paperclip by accident and HAD NO ISSUE!) the cord is plenty long to reach around my entire apartment. The photo is from one large rug and a carpeted room. If you’re on a budget and need a good vacuum, this is the one.

Firstly, this lightweight turbo, upright, compact Bissel is a dream. It has more power than I had expected. My intention for purchasing was to have a 2nd upright for the upstairs of my home so I could leave a vacuum on each level. It needed to be a plug in. I already have a shark cordless for convenience and quick pickups. And a Hoover windtunnel for heavy duty jobs. But the Hoover is heavy! And the shark runs out of charge, so it feel like a race against the clock to get everything done before its time to charge that again. This handy little vacuum has it all. The lightweight convenience, the attachments, the suction. It may be my new fave!! I have two dogs, one being a shepherd that sheds a lot. This unit handled all the shed fur in a snap. Full canister, first room. And I vacuum frequently. But clearly, not enough because I tend to neglect carrying the heavier vacuum all the way up to the bedrooms. Not anymore…not anymore.Buy it, you won’t be sorry!

First I didn’t grasp just how small this vacuum is. I knew it was compact but its about 2/3 the size of a regular vacuum in every way. Although the tank is supposed to be the same size as others, it just doesn’t seem that way. This fills up quickly and its pretty small and a bit flimsy even. The hose is pretty short and so using attachments becomes a challenge if what you’re using them on something that is a foot or more from the vacuum, be it vertical or horizontal. On the flip side it’s so small and lite you can move it around pretty easily. It’s also very loud, louder than a vacuum of standard size. Maybe it’s the reduced plastic or build design, but normally I can vacuum without concern but with this thing I have to wear ear buds.It comes with all the standard attachments – dust brush, power roller brush thing, and the narrow slot type, however the attachment pegs don’t seem to fit the brushes very well. In fact the power roller regularly falls off if you jostle the vacuum too much even during regular operation. It works though, it’ll pick up dust, dirt, and pet hair. The hoses also seem smaller than normal, I’m not sure. They tend to get plugged with debris that regular size vacuums can handle. The roller is a no-frills two row brush type. I guess it gets the job done but don’t expect anything fancy here. There’s a thin rubber or plastic flap just behind the roller I think as part of the anti-scatter system but it doesn’t seem to work on flat floors. Although this is supposed to have “full size power” I wonder if that’s some kind of skewed measurement. I have some worn carpet that my full size vacuum would suck up and it would be a noticeable problem for the motor. This vacuum just stops completely. The cord though, is probably the longest cord I’ve ever had on a vacuum. It’s kind of hilarious in comparison to the rest of the machine.Overall, this isn’t a terrible vacuum especially at the price point but consider shopping around or shelling out the extra cash for a bit better made and more featured vacuum if you can. I’d say this might be a good use case for a dorm room or foyer or small area of 1 or two rooms tops, but it’s also really loud so it might annoying other people. If compact size is your main, and possibly only, requirement, this is your stop.

This thing pulls dirt out of my area rugs like nobodies business. It replaced a super cheap Bissell that’s been knocking around for probably 15 years and I ran the new one right after the old and managed to pull half of the dirt cups worth of dust out of two 10×10 rugs that the old machine just wasn’t getting. Very happy with the performance, my only negative would be that it’s quite loud for such a compact vacuum, and the plastic definitely feels a bit flimsier than what’s on the older model. The detachable hose also has pretty limited reach if you don’t pull the handle contraption off and extend it, even then it’s pretty darn short.

Got this to replace a ‘fancy’ vacuum that died and would cost more to repair than a new one (they wanted $350 to replace the ‘control board’… it’s a vacuum what exactly does it need all that CPU to control??). So far, very happy with the purchase. This one is very light, a bonus for moving it around but when I’m down on my hands and knees cleaning under beds and such with the attachments there is a 100% chance the vacuum tips over and hits me in the head. I’ve tried holding it upright with one hand but that’s a pain so I now just tip it over ahead of time.My only real complaint was that the cord is way too short. I had to keep moving the plug, my old one would let me get 1/3 the house done before I had to switch outlets. So…. I just took the cord off the old one and put it on this one. Some solder and heat shrink tubing and now I have my cord length back. It’s too long to wind up on the cable management on the vacuum, but I’ll take that trade-off. It looks ugly, but it works.

When I began looking for a replacement for my recently-broken vacuum, I had no idea what a quest it would become. After trying several vacuums, this one turned out to be the right fit for me. Not too big (like some of the “full-sized” uprights I tried that seemed gigantic and don’t fit in my coat closet) and not too wimpy on the suction (like the cordless models I tried that didn’t have enough suction to pull up cat hair from my carpets)–this one was just right. Due to it’s compact size, it fits in the only spot I have to store it in and still has enough power to feel like it’s really getting the dust & dander I can’t see out of my carpets. One star off for the lack of a cord rewind (why is this a seemingly special, extra feature for modern vacuums? Seems like basic stuff to me!), the short cord and the quite small wrapping space for the cord. I do like that it carries all of its attachments on board, but they sometimes get knocked off when vacuuming under the coffee table, chairs, etc. The wand detachment being a 2-step process requiring rerouting the hose isn’t ideal either, but it seems everything is a trade-off and these are minor inconveniences to me rather than major aggravations. Would love to have a headlight and on-handle control of the floor level knob (currently down on the top of the floor head, but for this price point I think this is a great buy. Note to Bissell: I would’ve paid more for a model that included these features, but they don’t seem to have one currently.
