I use a MERV 11 air filter for my home heating and cooling system, and it does an excellent job of filtering out impurities before they can enter. However, frying anything leaves lingering odors inside that need extra help. After reading numerous reviews, I was impressed with the technology packed into the sleek and simple design of the Lěvoit purifier. Its exterior is both functional and stylish, fitting into any decor while taking up minimal space and using little power.The purifier has a built-in sensor that constantly monitors the air quality. When it detects pollutants, it ramps up to full speed until the air is clean again. Setting it up is very straightforward—I keep mine on auto mode and let it handle everything. It’s nearly silent, except when someone fries food. Then, the calm blue light ring turns red, and the fans speed up like jet engines. After a few intense minutes, the light gradually changes from orange to yellow to green as the air clears. It’s amazing how much this small white box can do.

I bought this air purifier 4 months ago and have been pleased with it thus far. I have 2 cats, so I was wanting something to help with air qauility and control pet hair/dandruff in the air. The removeable/washable pre-filter is awesome and really attracts a lot of dust and hair! The app is super helpful in controlling settings and informing me on air filter life before needing to change the HEPA filter. I keep my air purifier on “Pet Mode” through the app and it states I have 51% filter life remaining, so good filter life. Works well with Alexa and I’ll manually run the air purifier at full speed when cooking and/or BBQ and does an amazing job with any smoke. One area I feel could improve is with smells. Smells still linger and I don’t notice much of a differnce with the carbon pellets. Still a great air purifier for the price and very quiet.

This this in ridiculous. I have several pets, kids, older house etc. You name it out air quality is not the best. I put this guy in my living room area. It’s amazing. So the first thing I noticed was the filter life is really good. Othersz within a couple weeks it was saying replace the filter. More $$ for them if I buy filters every couple weeks right? Not this guy. Next I noticed it monitors the air. Picks up and takes off when the quality gets bad then settles into slow consistent filtering when things are good. Simply to use, easy to clean and very very effective. We love “Terry the Airy” and the amazing filtering work it does here in my home. I also love how it’s completely customizable to run at length of time and any style you need. You can even black out the control panel so no lights on in the room, ever. If this thing ever breaks, I want the exact same one again and that says a lot right there. Just do like I did and stop blowing money on this filtering system and that. But this one and be done. You’ll not regret it

This was a great buy for our house! It works as it said it would. The air quality in our home seems to be cleaner and clearer. It helps illuminate odors from cooking certain foods. I may sound crazy but, I feel like we have been able to keep our air 1 degree higher since we have purchased this!!! I would say it was a great buy!!! It runs quiet also. I looked at other expensive ones but i am very happy with my purchase!!

This is a quality air purifier. There are two shortcomings. 1) The fan speed distribution is lacking, if the available speed were represented on a scale of 1 to 10, then on this model – LOW=1, MED=2, HIGH=8, TURBO=10. There is a huge gap between medium and high. It really needs a speed somewhere in the middle. 2) The other shortcoming is the “all-in-one” third party Vesync app that covers several companies and products.

I’m very impressed with this air purifier so far. It’s extremely easy to set up, lightweight and fairly compact. It has an app which I haven’t installed yet because most of the functions I want are already at my fingertips.Several really good features include an automatic option which will increase the fan speed if the air needs more scrubbing or reduce the speed if the air gets cleaner. Another nice feature is a color changing ring to indicate how clean or dirty your air is. This feature got tested on mine, changing from blue to green (cooking), and back to blue, then later changing to orange (not sure why, maybe a cat used a litter box). and after a few minutes of increased fan speed back to blue (blue is best, red is worst).This unit also includes a washable filter saving money and reducing more landfill material.I know that a true test will be when the weather gets cooler and the house is sealed up. That’s when I my sinuses get clogged. I’ll come back and update if I find this to not work well but so far I’m impressed.I think this is a very good value for all the features it comes with.PS This unit is extremely quiet on the lower fan speeds and very quiet on the higher ones.

I didn’t really think these air purifiers did anything, til I started having company over everything changed in the best ways! First off, this thing can sniff everything you bring in, amazing for allergy relief, great for anyone smelling like any unwanted scent, and this performs GREAT! I had a lot of dust before this air purifier and I feel like maintaining the dust in my space is better now than it ever was before! The automode is whisper quiet, I can barely tell it’s on, but when I need that huge clean, cranking it up to the highest speed is obvious to have a healthy hum for about maybe 15 minutes and it’s back to normal all over again. Sleep mode is great on this as well, it’s super smart and I clean the pre filter every 2 weeks! Overall it’s a beast for my 400 sq ft room. I can imagine what it can do to a 1000 sq ft space. This beast is the investment I recommend if you’re looking for one of these. And also I got it for $150!!! You honestly can’t beat it!

Super quiet but strong and effiecitne. Super easy to assemble and you can easily tell how to clean and change filters. I thought it was a splurge but very well worth it. We have neighbors that smoke and the smell comes through vents. The air is filtered so quickly and well. Sometimes we go to turn it on only to realize it’s already on and it’s just so quiet. It’s super easy to use and set up timers on the app. We use bleach and pinesol for mopping and we love the smell. We learned that the purifier detects that smell and will filter the smell in the home. Sad because we like the smell but good because it does its job and keeps our air clean. I recommend 100000%

I initially got it to remove the smell of a shampoo used to clean the couch (I’m sensitive to smells so had to do something). My friend uses this brand and sent me the link. Not only did it help reduce/remove the smell enough for me to be comfortable in my living room again but it caught all the cat fur floating in the air!! I hadn’t realized there was so much floating in the air (though we often had a piece of fur to pull from our mouth because of the long hair cats) until after running this for the afternoon and returning to realize that no fur was floating around!!!Now I run it almost all the time but will be especially sure to run it in the room where we host guests who are allergic to cats. We had guests come in with sever allergies and they were OK!!! Of course they were not in the space for very long and took medicine but said they never enter homes with cats unless they wear a mask but they were ok mask less after I ran this unit!!!I love how quiet it is. Our cats are afraid of loud sounds and I dislike noise in general so this unit runs so quietly that I’m ok on level 1 & 2 all day. If we run it on the highest fan speed then it’s annoying if you are watching TV. The cats noticed the louder one but were not bothered by it after a couple of minutes. They didn’t even flinch on the lower settings.It is so light weight that I can easily carry it room to room or up and down stairs. Easier to carry than the dehumidifier for sure and I think easier than a vacuum cleaner.By the way, the remote control function by connecting to my Alex app/devices is so convenient! I can walk into the room and say “Alexa turn air purifier to level one” and it replies with “ok” and immediately the fan decreases and all is well. My air is clean with no effort from my side and hands free!If I could give this 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars!!!! Love this product!!!!!

I’ve always wanted a competing brand but in the end chose this instead. I’ve already had their previous purifier which I love.The other brand was more expensive however was on sale about the same price as the levoit. Had a feature which was enticing but quick research made me back out. In the end I chose this as it was more convenient to my needs.The overall price was good.It is light enough to carry. It has slots on the side where your fingers can go.It’s not too loud to in my opinion.It’s strong enough and very efficient as stated.It doesn’t take long to do its job after detecting poor air quality.Let me tell you this now, people may think having the app is useless for a purifier especially but this is just the best. I could turn it on while I’m at work after receiving a notification that the air quality is poor.I can be your typical lazy person and turn it off and on.The led lights dim when the lights are off.Buttons can be lock so your word don’t accidentally press on the buttons.Sleep mode is really quiet so it’s perfect.Nobody wants to deal with allergies so make sure to get yourself one of this bad boys.
