Well made beautiful fan and so quiet.But the installation instructions are difficult to understand which makes it a bear to install.

The wall switch ON will always and only turn on the light, and fan wont rotate to begin with. It doesnt care in what state you flipped the switch or you did the remote pairing right. From here on every thing is remote control. Memory function claim proved me wrong. If you want to enter the room and turn on JUST the fan. Regular fans does it in 1 step. This one will need THREE steps. Flip the wall switch ON, In the remote turn OFF the light (it comes on – remember you only wanted to turn On the fan), then turn ON the fan finally. Ah! Other than this, every else is good. Nice looks, easy install, good speed, and quiet.Update: After reaching out to customer care about the above issue, they offered to program the remote to remember the last state of everything. I got the updated receiver/remote combo yesterday, and now its working like I wanted, it remembers the light state, fan speed setting, buzzer setting. So I walk in to the room, flip the switch and thats it. Good old ways. Remote flexibity is an addon. This should be the standard remote offering.

I needed a 42″ fan because my wardrobe would be in the way of anything larger. Couldn’t find anything in the stores with a light and remote control in that size. I was looking for a lightee color, simple looking fan, nothing gawdy. This one is a really classy looking fan for a decent price. Has 3 different color light options, 6 fan speeds. Came with a remote control which works great. It’s very quiet. My room is about 10 x 10 and I have it on speed 3 and I’m chilly! The only issue my brother in-law had when installing was that he said the control box was slight big and hard to place where the instructions said to. Nevertheless, he rewired and came from the opposite direction and it worked better. I will update with a picture soon. Just ordered a 2nd for my mom’s room!

A very affordable option. I bought two for an outdoor covered porch. They install reasonably easy – but – like so many light fixtures on Amazon – they are not really set up to mount with a standard USA electric box. I had to add a couple very specific washers to make it work. Also – a heads up – the light does not dim. A kind of strange oversight.

Thought it was a black fan. Even search for it. Description said black. Blades..wood; as if material made of. Extremy disappointed!! Just painted blades and had it installed. Design is nice…but still somewhat disappointed…would have returned but had electrician scheduled…
