As other reviews have noted, this rug is super soft and fluffy — more like a pet mat than a regular carpet. My cat loves this. I needed a rug for insulation under my chair by my desk. The floor is really cold in the winter and my legs get cold, so I bought this rug for layer of insulation under the chair. It is perfectly suitable for this purpose. Some reviews say that these rugs are slippery to walk on — maybe so, but I won’t be walking across this rug, so that’s not a concern here. I just want it to stop the draft coming through the floorboards. Packaging: I was pleasantly surprised at how compact and lightweight this rug is, in the vacuum-packed wrapping. I wanted a rug that would be easy for me to carry up two flights of stairs, and this rug comes packed so small and lightweight, very easy to carry. It’s amazing how big it expands when it comes out of the vacuum-pack. Keep in mind this is not heavy-duty carpet material. If you want a super-soft rug that would be great as a floor covering and comfortable for toddlers and pets, you will be very happy with this, especially for the price, it’s a great value. Quality, size, color were all fine, no issues!

This rug has been a great choice for our toddler’s bedroom! It is very soft, and so far has not shed at all, which I was worried about for such a fluffy and inexpensive rug. Very impressed with the quality given how affordable it was. We have not had any issues with it slipping or sliding around the room, and it has been easy to move when we need to rearrange. The color is great, and it was super easy to set up. Definitely a fan of this cute, inexpensive, and comfy rug!

I’m like you! I shop on Amazon several times a week! Very rarely do I feel COMPELLED to leave a review!I’d give it 10 stars if I could! With my dog, I had gone through several area rugs, even purchased a heavy duty carpet cleaner. Once an animal pees… it’s just never the same. So much $ wasted!First This rug makes a room so nice and cozy. And if my dog has an accident. It can somehow squish into my wash machine and the pee is gone. I even add bleach to really sanitize it.I lay it over the rail to dry. And then sometimes i fluff it on low heat in the dryer and sometimes I just throw it back down and it’s ready.When it comes out of the wash… don’t be scared. It looks bad at first But i promise it will fluff up again.Seriously in the last 20ish years of shopping on Amazon. This is in my top 5 items.

It’s super soft and lightweight. Perfect for kids play areas. Easy to fold and menuever for cleaning. I definitely recommend. It was easy to clean as well for the baby messes lol

I like it it’s soft, but there’s not enough grip on the bottom so it slips around a lot. Definitely not a rug you vacuum. This is something that you need to shake outside.

The product is nice but way too thin. It definitely needs some sort of cushion underneath it to be comfortable to walk on. It was not the correct size as the description. It was about an inch too long and an inch too short in width. Nevertheless, we kept it because it looked nice. The shag is good at hiding things even tho we vacuum every other day! Even coins get lost in it!

This was perfect for a staging of a home. It was light weight, easy to unpackaged and place where I wanted grip was ok was on a real wood floor. It is thin not real thick but showed well.
