I rented a small apartment. This 2 chair kitchen set is perfect. It’s strong and the wood grain matches my coffee table that I purchased from another store. Great value for what I paid.

Tolerances are very close, therefore: do not tighten down any bolt until all bolts are started . If you tightened one bolt with a cylinder head or a flywheel you’d damage them before you had all bolts in their proper places. Tighten is the Last Thing. 2 table side panels have flanges for bolting to under-side of tabletop, 2 side panels don’t. Keep them separate. I had 2 extra screws of each length, cool.I like it, just my size.

This was pretty easy to put together but at the end when it came time to attach the table top, the screws provided were several centimeters too short. So I used the longer screws that were left over even though I knew they weren’t the right ones. The screw went right through the table top, with almost no effort. I didn’t push very hard. When I flipped the table back over, it was jutting out the top. And there were chips on the table on the corners just from moving it around. So, it’s really the actual table top. And the pieces provided. I realize I made the mistake of using the longer screw, but there was no other option as the screws provided weren’t long enough. I’ll be surprised if the table holds up more than a couple of months. I’d send it back but there was no way to put it back together in the box. I was really disappointed. I wasn’t expecting an amazing table, but I had hoped to get a year out of it at least. I’m sending back the other product I got that was similar. The quality is just too low.

It is the size I needed for indoors in a very small kitchen. Yet offers a place to put things, or eat a single meal.The details also make it an interesting feature in the room. I only wish I had an outdoors to put it in, but it would do either way. I would recommend.

When putting the chairs together, the seat covers the screw holes for where the backs of the chairs are supposed to screw in, so I had to put the chairs together in a different order than the directions say to get the backs of the chairs on first, then the seat, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to put the backs on.The screws in the chairs keep loosening themselves and I have to tighten them every time I sit down. I was in the middle of eating dinner and a screw underneath the seat fell out onto the floor. The chairs are not sturdy and wobble a lot. The table is sturdy enough.I like the dining set; I haven’t found any water rings from cups and the aesthetic fits just about any room design. The chairs are just not sturdy at all.

The item seems a little flimsy. Using in my dad’s retirement apartment. For him it is ok but not sure for someone larger.
