Our Return Policy

At Praise Point LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Returns

  1. Eligibility:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@praisepointstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Please include the RMA number inside your return package and ship the items back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  1. Approved Refunds:
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds:
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@praisepointstore.com.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at support@praisepointstore.com.

Sale Items

  1. Refunds on Sale Items:
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
